1 Egg
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter, room temp
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C buttermilk (sub. 1 3/4 tsp cream of tartar, 1 Tbsp white vinegar, or 1 Tbsp lemon juice per cup of milk)
2 overripe bananas
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C flour
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla.
Add butter and beat
Beat in buttermilk and bananas
Slowly add dry ingredients
Make crumb topping and streusel layer
Bake @ 350 F for 45-50 minutes
