Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef

• 1 Cup Italian bread crumbs

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 Cup milk

• 1 tsp garlic salt

• 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Combine everything with your hands.

2. Roll into small balls on a greased pan.

Ingredients

• 1 Cup beef stock

• 1 Cup heavy cream

• 3 Tbsp flour

• 1 Tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp ground pepper

• 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

• Squirt dijon mustard

1. Make a roux with the flour.

2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until desired thickness.
