2 pounds ground beef
1 Cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 Cup milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine everything with your hands.
Roll into small balls on a greased pan.
1 Cup beef stock
1 Cup heavy cream
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Squirt dijon mustard
Make a roux with the flour.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until desired thickness.
