2 Lemons juiced
1/2 Cup Olive oil
6 Cloves Garlic peeled, smashed and minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp dried Oregeno
1/2 tsp Red Pepper flakes
2 Pounds boneless skinless Chicken thighs

Instructions
In large ziplock, combine everything and marinade chicken for at least 1 hr in the fridge. In the morning, or overnight for more flavor.
In a skillet, cook thighs on medium high for 4-5 mins on each side until done.
Slice chicken against the grain into thin strips, then saute again for 2 minutes until crispy.
Serve how you like.
