Crock Pot Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground pork, beef, or sausage

  • 2, 8-oz packages of cream cheese

  • 2, 10-oz cans of rotel

  • 2 Tbsp taco seasonings

  • 5 Cups Chicken broth

  • 1-2 Tbsp of Cilantro

  • 1-2 Cans White Beans

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat until fully cooked.

  2. While meat is browning, place cream cheese, rotel, and taco seasoning into the crock pot.

  3. Drain excess grease off of meat and put the meat in the pot. Stir to combine. Add beans.

  4. Pour chicken brother over the meat and cheese.

  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

  6. Before serving, stir in cilantro.
